It was such a fun and interactive addition to our say which our guests loved! The team were amazing if I am honest I didn't even notice them come to set up and then collect at the end of the night. They then sent our recording via a USB stick a couple of weeks later in the post! Thank you for everything! I booked the audio guest book and the magic mirror and it really enhanced our wedding day. Our wedding guests really enjoyed the magic mirror and leaving us lots of messages on the phone. Communication from Luke was brilliant and he always got back to me very quickly answering all my questions. From the day of booking to the wedding day I had regular communication which put me at ease. The audio guest book was set up exactly where I asked it to be set up and it looked beautiful. The magic mirror was set up and was attended to by a lovely lady who showed us how to use it and also printed all the photos off for us and the guests to keep. I highly recommend Sterlings photo booths as they are great value for money and the customer service was brilliant. I received a photo album and a USB stick with all the Photo Booth photos on and a USB stick arrived shortly after the wedding in the post with all the messages from the audio guest book. I have recommended sterlings photo booths to all my friends which are getting married in the future. Communication from Luke was brilliant, always getting back to me within a timely manor when I asked questions and putting my mind at ease about setting up times when I had made a mistake when booking. When I arrived at the venue the audio guestbook was set up where I had asked them and looked exactly like the picture I had seen when booking, in fact it looked so much better in real life! The instructions left for how to use it were clear and no one had any issues with using it. Overall, it was great value for money, excellent customer service and a great experience. They were friendly, polite and reliable throughout the whole booking and set up process. The audio guestbook booth itself is beautifully decorated with lovely florals and signage. Our guests absolutely loved it! Not only did it allow them to leave us lifelong memories through the voice messages they recorded, but it doubled up as a pretty photo opportunity for them.
